Nous avons séjourné dans un logement propre, spacieux et très bien équipé! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, notre contact était très réactif, la personne répondait à notre message en quelques minutes seulement! Le logement était très bien placé, proche du centre ville et de tous commerces/restaurants. Je recommande cet endroit qui était juste incroyable pour 3 jours à Liverpool ! :) ~ Maëva S

The location was ideal for our group, close to all of the family members we were visiting and easy to access other places of interest in and around the City. The instructions on directions and how to access the property were clear, detailed and easy to implement. The house was spacious and very clean when we arrived. Our party consisted of six adults and one child so it was a bonus to have 2,5 bathrooms, particularly when getting ready in the mornings. As Liverpool fans it was awesome to step out the front door and see the ground, approximately 100m away. Personally it was expensive being so close to the LFC shop, where we purchased lots of merchandise. Will definitely consider this property for future visits. ~ Robert C

This is a lovely, modern, clean apartment so please don’t be put off by the reviews which say that it is in the middle of a building site. It is certainly surrounded by unused land but this didn’t affect our stay. The property details say this is close to Liverpool attractions, good restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It was fine for us as we are regular walkers but please be aware that it is about ¾ mile to The Cavern Club; just over one mile to Albert Dock and 1¼ miles to either of the cathedrals. Restaurants are also about 1 mile from the apartment and, if arriving by train, it’s about 1 mile to the apartment via the key collection/return point. Oh – and a mirror in the bedroom would be very useful. ~ Peter &

Amazing apartment! I didn't even want to leave! I walked in and was surprised by how big it was! Nice big bedroom and bathroom, lovely kitchen, a nice comfy sofa and huge windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Although it seems quite far from the centre, you can take a bus (it's only one stop!) right to Queen square bus station, and that connects you to every part of Liverpool. And the bus stop was right outside the apartment! Great communication with the hosts too, they answered every question I had and dealt with any issues the same day 😊 Would definitely recommend this place to anymore that wants to visit Liverpool and stay in luxury! ~ Mli _

We had the pleasure of staying at this property on Hall Road East in Blundellsands, Merseyside for 4 nights over Christmas and would highly recommend! The property has been tastefully decorated, thoughtfully put together and spotless. The beds for us were super comfortable and being in a quiet location we had an excellent nights sleep! Whilst we didn't venture into the garden, it was spacious and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you could need should you wish to take advantage of the facilities more. The location was close to train station making both Liverpool and Southport easily accessible. I would definitely not hesitate to stay again! ~ Vicky E

Received codes to enter apartment so check in was so easy. Apartment was absolutely fabulous, spotless, it looked newly renovated. We just had one issue with smoke alarm beeping due to a low battery, I sent a message to property management and they had the alarm fixed almost immediately. I visit Liverpool a lot and this has been the nicest property I have stayed in. It’s a stones throw away from Liverpool one shopping centre and a few minutes walk from St John’s market. Bus is just a 10-15 minutes journey to anfield and bus stop is right around the corner from the apartment. Couldn’t fault it at all. I will definitely be back. ~ keisha m

Great 1 bedroom in the heart of Liverpool city centre. The value for the week that I stayed was incredible as other sites were 2-3X the nightly rate. This is a recently remodeled building and corporately managed so it is a little more sterile than a mom and pop type operator, but that can also have advantages. This is a newer listing, a secure building and is tucked back from the main streets so quieter at night. Also has an atrium so lots of natural light. A few niggles and observations: not a luxury flat/apt so keep that in mind, does not have a dishwasher or any laundry facilities, and it is only basically stocked (serving settings for 4, limited kitchen tools, 1 pan, etc.). Also lacked any tissues or paper towels. No wardrobe or hangers so you are limited to a dresser. Does have a shower and bathtub though the shower has such a small glass splash screen that towels on the floor were needed. Overall a great location and great price make this a solid recommendation. ~ Trevor S

Our flat, managed by Guest Ready, was wonderful! It was located just outside of downtown with easy access to bus lines. The home was clean, orderly, and in good shape when we arrived. GuestReady was quick to respond when we reached out to them because there was a problem with the couch. They sent out a maintenance crew to take care of it. I took a few days for the crew to become available, but they arrived when promised and handled the repairs very professionally. Check in and check out instructions we're clear. Keys were easy to obtain and return and access to the building was made simple. ~ J a

This place was absolutely stunning, amazing views, so many utilities to choose, bedrooms were beautiful and the area was very secluded from the big city life, we loved it! 10/10 5 stars all around, would 100% stay again! Update: We are planning to book with GuestReady for any stay we possibly can get! We originally chose guest ready as it was an affordable option with the best opportunity, we stayed here to determine whether the area we booked could be our forever home… safe to say thanks to guest ready. Excellent service with clear and consistent communication throughout the whole booking process. The instructions to access the property were very detailed, which was appreciated as it was my first time booking accommodation. The booking process had very little hassle from what i can recall. The property itself was exactly as advertised and had a nice pleasant view of the city. It was very clean, cosy and all the needed amenities for a long or short stay, which was pleasant. The apartment was brand new and provided an excellent place to stay within walking distance to all the main attractions. You can be at the Cavern Club or main shopping centre within 5 minutes or 15 minutes away from Albert Docks the property is so well linked to everywhere. I can't endorse the place enough we loved the vibrant atmosphere of Liverpool and coming home to a lovely cosy apartment made it all the more enjoyable. Please check it out you won’t be disappointed. ~ Tony T

Its a great placevto stay! I only regret that I booked for such a short time 😁 A 15-20 min walk to the city center, where you can find your favorite shops, stunning restaurants, and places to visit. Great viewand quiet place despite the road right after the building. Lidl and Sainsbury's are within walking distance The flat is amazing, with perfect bedding, super comfy mattresses, and a kitchenette. Nothing but amazing! I hope to be back very soon. ~ Olga P

Loved the stylish apartment in Liverpool🩷 clean, lovely view from rooms and livingroom. Nice bathrooms and easy to get help if needed. Coffee shop Stanton lovely food just a few meters away.Also dinner and drinks in the area. 10 min walk to city centre. Only remark is that there are 2 bedooms not 3, 3rd one i livingroom sofa. And keys pick up 10 min walk. Will be back and can be highly recimmended. ~ Britt B

This place is just amazing. The apartment was exactly what the pictures said they were and even better. Very neat, peaceful. Close enough to the city center and just far enough for peace and quiet. Wanted to extend my stay - that’s how good it was. Apartment looks new, spacious, I can’t overemphasize how neat it was. Every basic thing needed was provided. This is one of the best apartments I have ever visited (and I have visited a lot). The whole building is super new, and my room was trully amazing (huge, extremely clean, with new furnitures, kitchen, bathroom etc.). It is also very close to the center of Liverpool but at the same time the area was very quiet. Among the best experiences that I've ever had. ~ George B

Place is nice, location was nice. Communication regarding what to do and everything was good. What brings this down is the fact that, they decided 2 days after we left, to falsely accuse us of damaging a door we barely used, and are demanding £200 Update: We have been in communication since and the matter has been resolved ~ Бен Х

Great experience in Liverpool. They were always very quick to respond to any needs and resolved them fully. We stayed for four months and had only a couple of minor issues with equipment which was out of their control. The location was very convenient, near city centre. Kitchen and amenities were great, however the hobs weren't working and when we arrived there were a few spillages and stains on the floor. We also found a vape under the sofa and some tissues under the bed. But overall the place was lovely and would return again. ~ Afflicton 2

This place was perfect! Super clean, the staff communicated immediately when there was an issue with the smoke alarm. Couple of suggestions…a mirror to do hair and makeup would have been appreciated and the toilet seat did not at all fit the toilet! Other than those small things…it was well worth the price! ~ Jane K

Overall, a really great stay! Everything we would need, the property was maintained well, and GuestReady were prompt with their responses. Questions answered straight away. Some minor issues which we have let them know privately, and I’m sure will be sorted (but nothing big!) Overall, really recommend. ~ Alexandra H

Amazing place!!!I rented in Liverpool multiple times but this place is my favorite and I will definitely come back soon.
